Select International’s consulting team is comprised of innovative and enthusiastic individuals who apply the science of Industrial/Organizational psychology to deliver world class solutions to our clients. The team’s commitment to customer service is second to none and fuels our continued growth, enabling us to build an impressive client list spanning a variety of levels and industries. Select’s record of success has translated into an engaging and growing workforce where challenges are met with teamwork and empowerment. Select International’s marketing department is comprised of a group of talented, creative individuals who strive for excellence. A tight-knit group, each of our team members specializes in particular disciplines, including website and digital marketing, event planning, writing, social media, and video production. Using a mix of inbound and outbound strategies, the marketing team drives lead generation and supports the other areas of the company.
The department has frequently been recognized as Marketer of the Year by the American Marketing Association’s Western PA Chapter.

The Select Research and Development team is comprised of some of the most talented, hardworking, fun-loving, and interesting Industrial/Organizational psychologists in the industry. R&D is committed to researching innovative, technology-enabled predictors of job performance. The team is actively engaged in providing value-add, high ROI solutions to Select’s clients, while also contributing to the scientific body of knowledge in the I/O field. Each of the team members is encouraged to pursue his or her own research program, as well as, collaborate with one another to help investigate solutions to real world organizational problems. It is a fast-paced and exciting environment where deep levels of fulfillment, satisfaction, and FUN are achieved daily.

Select International’s software development team is comprised of talented individuals focused in Web Development, Database Design & Engineering, Software Testing & Automation, and Interactive Design & Development. The team is focused on implementing next-generation assessment and applicant tracking system technologies and products. As a member of our development team, you will work in an Agile environment and be a part of a small team that is nimble and efficient to support our fast-paced business growth and evolution. We need our team members to be versatile and always eager to tackle new problems as we continue to push technology forward.
